About the sessions

I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to see if working together seems right.

After this, a session is 50 minutes.

Typically CAT is ‘time limited’ for either 16 or 24 sessions, but this will be discussed further in your first few sessions.

 

Sessions cost £70 payable in advance.

 

I am able to see you face to face at ‘The Nook’ in Perranporth or potentially online if that is your preference.

I will also assure that all of your data will be processed in accordance with data protection legislation at all times.
